This auction is for lot of 37 NEC GSM phones. We tested a few and the few we tested seem to be working on all GSM carriers. They all are in excellent cosmetic condition. The only tests we do are listed below. Since these are used phones, we do not guarantee the life of the battery. Return Policy:
We will accept returns for DOA (dead on arrival) items or items significantly not as described.
Our policy allows for refunds as long as the Mutual Withdrawal agreement from Ebay has been completed in order for us to receive our Final Fee Credit, and a positive feedback must be left as well.
If buyer opens a Paypal dispute no refund will be given until the dispute is closed.
We are not liable for shipping costs back to us.

Any unauthorized return or a return not for a valid reason will be subject to a $15 processing charge. Shipping will not be refunded.

Returns must be in original condition. It has to be returned to us in the very same condition you receive it in.
